- Initial costs are higher, but the payback is
extremely good - good enough that customers can come out with a positive cash flow
immediately.

value of homes and businesses.
- Durability is extremely strong - look to
refrigerators to see how long they keep functioning.
- Proper design is very important - there are various
ways to go - all of them functional, but different situations call for different
solutions.
