Links
There
are so many links that you can use to learn more about geothermal and energy
exchange. A search using the word geothermal will produce many, many
options. Just make sure that if you read about geothermal, that you focus on the use
of the earth as a heat sink or "exchange" medium because the term
"geothermal" will also tie you into "hot spots" and that is not what
energy exchange is about.
Generally, links
regarding energy exchange are broken into categories:
- Equipment manufacturers and suppliers - There
are some excellent sites that give you good, solid information. They are biased, but
are still worth checking out.
- Organizations
that developed around the whole concept of promoting geothermal exchange - We suggest
looking at the following:
a) GeoExchange BC http://geoexchangebc.ca/

c) Geothermal Heat Pump Consortium http:/geoexchange.org/
d) Geothermal Resources Council http://www.geothermal.org/
e) Geothermal Education Office http://geothermal.marin.org/
f) International Ground Source Heat Pump Association http://www.ihshpa.okstate.edu/

called RETCREEN http://www.retscreen.net/

of these sites have links to other links... there is lots of information, but if you are
